What is Cashex?
Cashex is a digital wallet and peer-to-peer (P2P) payment app that allows users to send, receive, save, and invest money, as well as access a debit card and apply for loans.
What crypto's do you support?
We support major Crypto's like Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, TON etc. We have just released ENC, our native crypto.
Do you need any ID or anything?
We need to ask for your ID for fraud and AML laws. We know it's not ideal but it helps us stay compliant with local regulations.
What if my friend doesn't have a Encro?
Cashex users can send money instantly to anyone but if a friend does'nt have Cashex yet don't worry. We will notify them and they will have 14 days to install and receive the money. If they don't we will return the money to you.
How do I change my details?
To reset your Cash PIN: Tap the settings icon in your dashboard

Confirm your new PIN

I've sent crypto to someone, how long will it take?
Crypto is sent instantly globally by default.
Is Cashex safe and do you hold assets 1:1?
Yes, your crypto is safe. We hold client assets 1:1 but we use segregated accounts with FDIC insured banks and have a global fraud and security team working 24/7 to ensure transactions are safe. We implement a huge array of security measures, to learn more click here.
I've sent crypto to the wrong address
Due to the instant nature of our service, money sent to the wrong address cannot be guaranteed that it can be returned to you. If you are not sure you can always delay a payment and we will ask you to confirm the address. You can always try requesting the money back.
