Troubleshooting

If something isn't working correctly on Facebook, such as content not appearing or a selection not loading, here are some ways to troubleshoot:

Computer
Refresh the Page.

• Close the Page and reopen.

• Clear your cache by going to your browser settings.

• Try again with a different browser (e.g. if you're on Chrome, try Firefox).Restart your computer.

iPhone or iPad
Update the app. If you're having trouble downloading the app, check your Internet connectivity. For best results, connect to Wi-Fi before downloading.

• Make sure that you're connected to a reliable data or Wi-Fi network.

Close the app and reopen.

• Restart your device.

Android
Update the CashMe  app. If you're having trouble downloading the app, check your Internet connectivity. For best results, connect to Wi-Fi before downloading.

• Make sure that you're connected to a reliable data or Wi-Fi network.

Close the app and reopen.

Mobile browser

Something might not be loading properly because of settings you or someone else set up. Try searching the Help Centre for the issue you're experiencing. You might also be experiencing an issue if a feature isn't available to everyone yet, or if you've been blocked from doing something.

• iPhone or Android: Shaking your phone, then following the on-screen instructions.

• Computer or iPad: Going to Help & Support and selecting Report a problem.

Finding settings
To find your settings
Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook.

Select Settings and privacy, then click Settings.

Click on the setting that you'd like to update from the options in the left sidebar.

To manage your settings

Privacy:
Adjust who can see things, such as who can see your future posts and who can look you up.

Notifications Adjust what you get notifications about and where you get them.

Account settings:Edit the basics, such as your name, username or email address. Click Language and region to manage options, such as the language and date format that you want to use for Facebook.

Security and login: Change your password, and turn on alerts and approvals to keep your account secure.

Apps and websites: View and manage apps and websites that you log in to with Facebook or have connected to your Facebook account.

Ads: Review and edit your interests and ad settings.
I want to cancel a payment
If the payment has already been completed, you can request a refund from the recipient:
Open Cash App.
Tap the Activity tab.
Find the transaction in question.
Tap on the transaction and then tap "Request Refund."
Add a note explaining the reason for the refund and send the request.
How can I reset my CashID?
At the moment, the only way to add additional information to invoices is to add the information to the workspace's name.
